Privacy Policy

1. Definition of terms

This Privacy Policy is based on the terms used by the European legislator for the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our policy should be simple and understandable for the public as well as for our customers and partners. To ensure this, we first explain the main terms.

In this Privacy Policy, we use, among others, the following terms:

a) personal data

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"). d) restriction of processing

Marking stored personal data in order to restrict their further processing.

e) controller (responsible for processing)

The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

f) handler

The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

i) recipient

The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body to which personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not. Authorities which may receive the data in the framework of an investigation in accordance with EU or Member State law shall not be considered recipients.

j) third party

A natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body other than the data subject, the controller, the processor or the persons authorised by the controller or the processor to process the data.

k) consent

Any voluntary, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she signifies agreement to the processing of personal data.

3. Collection and storage of personal data and the method and purpose of their use

a) When visiting the website

When visiting the website https://ucc-ffm.de/de/privacy/ Your browser automatically sends information to the website server, which is temporarily stored in a log file.

The following data is collected:

  • Device IP address
  • date and time of access
  • name and URL of the requested file
  • Referring site (Referrer-URL)
  • browser, OS, provider name

This data is used for:

  • ensuring a stable connection
  • convenient use of the site
  • system stability assessments
  • administrative purposes

b) Using the contact form

When sending a request via the form, a valid email address must be provided. Data processing is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (consent). After processing the request, the data is deleted.


c) Data processing by Facebook Ireland

Facebook and Instagram collect:

  • content you created
  • message
  • metadata (creation time, shooting location, etc.)
  • information about interaction with other accounts
  • device data (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi points, IP, identifiers, cookies)

d) Interactions on our Facebook and Instagram pages

We can see information depending on your visibility settings: profile, likes, comments. The processing is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest).

Order data is stored:

  • first name, last name
  • address
  • payment details
  • email

We use Instagram Insights , which are aggregated statistics without the ability to identify individuals.


4. Data transfer

Data is only transferred to third parties if:

  • consent given (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a)
  • there is a legitimate interest (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f)
  • there is a legal obligation (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c)
  • this is necessary for the performance of the contract (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b)

5. Cookies

Described are:

  • session cookies
  • temporary cookies
  • cookies for analytics and statistics

Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can block them in your settings.

  • Art. 77 — complaint to the supervisory authority

8. Right to object (Widerspruch)

You can object to data processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing (Art. 21 DSGVO).
